Welcome to the OARDC Library
Located in the Fisher Auditorium complex on the Wooster campus of the Ohio State University, the OARDC Library offers 24/7 building access to our graduate students and researchers, as well as an array of other on-site amenities.
Stay alert and focused with a fresh cup of hot coffee from the library’s Keurig station. Bring your own k-cups or tea bags (the free option) or purchase coffee, tea, or hot chocolate from the library’s user funded supply ($.60/cup).
Bring your laptop and a friend. The library’s collaborative workstation lets you project your laptop’s content onto large dual monitors for easier group work.
Microforms Room with Scanning Station
The library’s microform reader has the ability to read both microfilm and microfiche, as well as print black and white copies free of charge. In addition to the microform reader, quality document and flatbed photo/slide scanners (Epson DS-6500 and V600) are also available for use.
Public Computers + Copy and Printing Station
Six public workstations offer access not only to library resources but also to specialty software including Matlab, IBM SPSS, Minitab, SAS, SigmaPlot, ArcGIS, Python, Refworks, Google Earth, and Photoshop.
As a courtesy, the library provides free color copying and printing to those in the OARDC community
Reserve a Carrel
Graduate students and others in the OARDC community who need personal study space can reserve a carrel in person between the hours of 8am – 5pm or by contacting Laura, firstname.lastname@example.org, or Gwen, email@example.com
