Our library uses the Library of Congress system to arrange library materials on the shelves.

Nursing materials would be found in the general call number area of RT but many related areas are scattered through the Q (Science) and R (Medicine) classifications.

Nursing Materials on Closed Reserve at Library

The Nursing Department has many textbooks and other nursing-related books on Closed Reserve in the library. Most are a 2-hour loan and require a student ID to check out and use.

 

Using the Catalogs

The catalogs can be used to find, books, journal titles, multi-media, and other electronic materials on your topic. You can use either the University Libraries catalog (our local catalog) or the OhioLINK catalog.

In the local catalog, each library location has a code and the library location code for Marion is MAR and you will see it in the location part of a record.
