If you are an NCSC CCP instructor who whose students cannot access the library's databases, these are the steps:
1. Contact Matthew Schwartz at NCSC and let him know that student accounts do not appear to be updated.
2. If he is unavailable, send me a list of all of your students' names and student ID numbers.
3. From there I will contact the registrar to verify the enrollment status of each student.
4. Pending clearance from the registrar, I will then update all accounts and respond to you.
