The Ohio Native Heritage Archives (ONHA) was established in 2007 as a component of the Ohio State Newark Campus Library’s Special Collections, to support the mission of the Newark Earthworks Center by:

·         Collecting and preserving materials related to Earthworks and Ohio Native Americans;

·          Providing an accessible place devoted to patrons using these materials;

·          Acting as a repository and nexus for information about these subjects;

·          Promoting awareness and use of the collection.
