- The first level is a verbal warning.
- The second level is a letter of probation, signed and dated by the student and supervisor with a copy placed in the student’s employment file.
- The third level is termination, either immediately or at a specified time depending on the offense.
Grounds for immediate termination include, but are not limited to:
- Misuse of patron information
- Misuse of the library, including materials and equipment
- Theft or vandalism of library materials or equipment
- Falsification of a time sheet
- Repeated, unexcused absences and/or failure to notify your supervisor of absences
