Mansfield Student Handbook: Time Sheets

Handbook for the student assistants of the Bromfield Library & Information Commons. Includes topics ranging from checking out a book to calling off sick.

Time Sheets

OSU:

Students must complete weekly electronic timesheets at http://etimesheet.osu.edu. There is a shortcut to the time sheet on the circulation desk computer, or it can also be accessed and completed from your personal computer. Time sheets must be submitted electronically by 10am Monday morning, or you may not get paid on time.

NCSC:

Students must complete a weekly timesheet (copies at the circulation desk). Timesheets must be signed by both you and your supervisor and sent to the Human Resources office either in person or by campus mail (campus zip: F-6, Marcia Plew).

General Guidelines

  • Record your hours at the end of each shift.
  • If you are 5 or more minutes late, please make sure your time sheet reflects this.
  • Please keep to your assigned hours. For example, do not start work early (except for Saturdays) or leave work late. The budget tends to be tight, so we don't have as much wiggle room beyond the hours assigned. If you happen to work over, talk to your supervisor so she knows to expect it on your timesheet.
  • Submit your timesheet after you work your final shift for the week
